串联谐振式中频感应加热电源的研究与设计

摘要 为解决油罐传统加热方法效率低和耗时长等缺点,在此设计了一种串联谐振式中频感应加热电源。介绍了中频感应加热的原理,并以其为基础提出加热方案,设计电源电路结构和参数以及基于TMS320F28335的系统功率和频率控制方案。然后针对串联谐振电路的特性,结合实际运用情况,选择采用容性移相PWM调功的控制方案。最后通过仿真分析和理论计算,确定该中频感应加热电源具有效率高和加热快等优点,验证了设计方案的可行性和有效性。 In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional heating method of oil tank,such as low efficiency and long time,a series resonant medium frequency power supply is designed in this paper.First,the principle of medium frequency heating is introduced,then the heating scheme is put forward,and the power circuit structure and parameters are designed.Then the control scheme of system power and frequency based on TMS320F28335 is designed,according to the characteristics of series resonant circuit,capacitive phase shift PWM is used to adjust power.Finally,the phase-shift control scheme is simulated.The results show that the medium frequency heating power supply has the advantages of high efficiency and fast heating,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the design.
