摘要
为实现矿井提升机的远程自动化控制,在此通过将就地电控系统中PLC的485通信电口改造为以太网通信网口,满足了远程控制操作台和集中控制上位机的控制要求,有效解决了S7-200与S7-200 SMART,S7-400与S7-1500等型号PLC间通信传输距离短和抗干扰能力差等问题。使PLC通信具备可靠性、时效性以及远程性,极大缩短提升机远程自动化控制的施工周期,降低施工成本,减小工作量。
In order to realize the remote automatic control of mine hoist,the PLC 485 communication in the local electric control system is transformed into the Ethernet communication,which can meet the requirements of the remote control console or the central control host computer control,the problems of short communication distance and poor anti-interference ability of electric mouth 485 between S7-200 and S7-200 SMART,S7-400 and S7-1500 etc PLC are solved,which makes PLC communication reliable,time-effective and remote,it can shorten the construction cycle,reduce the construction cost and reduce the workload of the remote automatic control of the hoist.
