5G边缘计算在智能制造中的应用研究

摘要 智能制造的核心是要构建一个信息物理系统。该系统由智能连接层、数据—信息转换层、网络层、认知层以及配置层组成,可以实现自我感知、自我预测、智能匹配以及自主决策的功能。5G边缘计算作为当前一种先进的通信技术,具有低延迟、高传输、覆盖广以及稳定性高的连接特点,能够充分满足智能制造设备对连接、功耗及通信质量的高标准要求。基于此,详细分析5G边缘计算的关键技术,介绍5G边缘计算在智能制造中的不同应用场景,以期充分挖掘5G边缘计算在智能制造中的应用价值。 The core of intelligent manufacturing is to construct an information physics system,in which the functions of self-perception,self-prediction,intelligent matching and autonomous decision-making are realized through the structure of intelligent connection layer,data-information conversion layer,network layer,cognitive layer and configuration layer.As an advanced communication technology,5G edge computing has the characteristics of low delay,high transmission,wide coverage and high stability,which can fully meet the high standard requirements of intelligent manufacturing equipment for connection,power consumption and communication quality.Based on this,the key technologies of 5G edge computing were analyzed in detail,and different application scenarios of 5G edge computing in intelligent manufacturing were introduced,in order to fully tap the application value of 5G edge computing in intelligent manufacturing.
