Research on Process Monitoring and Early Warning Technology of 10 kV and Below Power Grid Infrastructure Project

配网具有项目数量多,单个项目投资规模小等特点。当前,配网项目投资过程监控预警手段相对滞后,使得配网在建设过程中存在较高的管控风险。为提升配网项目投资过程的精益化管理水平,梳理配网各里程碑节点的关键指标,探索配网项目的过程监控及预警方法,实现配网项目投资管理过程的动态预警,支撑预警项目异常的原因分析,加快提升配网投资精益化的管理水平,在此研究了10 kV及以下电网基建项目的过程监控及预警技术。

Distribution network has the characteristics of large number of projects and small investment scale of single project.At present,the monitoring and early warning methods of distribution network project investment process are relatively backward,which makes the distribution network in the construction process has a high management and control risk.In order to improve the lean management level of distribution network project investment process,sort out the key indicators of each milestone node of distribution network project,explore the process monitoring and early warning method of distribution network project,realize the dynamic early warning of distribution network project investment management process,support the cause analysis of early warning project abnormality,and accelerate the improvement of lean management level of distribution network investment,this paper studies the process monitoring and early warning technology of 10 kV and below power grid infrastructure projects.
