杜仲胶改性橡胶粉的混炼制备温度与时间参数分析 被引量:7

摘要 为克服橡胶沥青黏度高和储存稳定性差等缺陷,基于杜仲胶的硫化特性,设定杜仲胶质量为橡胶粉质量的10%时,使用转矩流变仪分别制备出130、150、170℃下混炼2、5、15、30 min的杜仲胶与橡胶粉复合改性剂.通过沥青旋转黏度试验、聚合物改性沥青离析试验、荧光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观测分别从宏观和微观层面研究改性剂的最佳混炼时间和温度,验证了杜仲胶对胶粉及橡胶沥青的改性效果.试验结果表明:杜仲胶与橡胶粉相容性良好,其混炼过程以物理反应为主,两者混炼可以提前让橡胶粉脱硫,并使杜仲胶硫化;杜仲胶改变了橡胶粉单独改性基质沥青过度溶胀的现象,明显改善了橡胶沥青的黏性和储存稳定性;170℃下混炼2 min可得到性能最佳的杜仲胶改性橡胶粉. To overcome the defects of rubber asphalt such as high viscosity and poor storage stability,based on the vulcanized characteristic of eucommia ulmoides gum(EUG),the composite modifiers of EUG and crumb rubber(CR)were prepared by the torque remoter at 130,150,and 170℃for 2,5,15,and 30 min with the content of EUG of 10%of the mass of CR.The optimum mixing time and the temperature of the modifier were investigated at the macro-and micro-levels by the rotational viscosity test of asphalt,the segregation test of polymer modified asphalt,fluorescence microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The modification effects of EUG on CR and asphalt were tested and verified.The results show that EUG and CR exhibit excellent compatibility.The physical action is the main form during the mixing process of EUG and CR,which can make CR desulfurized and EUG vulcanized in advance.EUG changes the excessive swelling phenomenon of CR in rubber asphalt,and greatly improves the viscosity property and storage stability of rubber asphalt.The best performance of EUG modified CR is obtained by mixing at 170℃for 2 min.
