建设工程造价动态指数指标系统探析

在剖析传统工程造价指数指标存在问题的基础上,提出建设工程造价动态指数指标的概念和建立建设工程造价动态指数指标库的设想。通过分析建设工程造价动态指数指标库的基本架构,给出后期使之成为项目决策及建设各方主体重要参考的维护和商业运用等方面的有关建议。

On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the traditional index of construction cost,this paper puts forward the concept of dynamic index of construction cost and the assumption of establishing dynamic index database of construction cost.Based on the analysis of the basic structure of the dynamic index database of construction project cost,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the maintenance and commercial application of the index database,which can be used as an important reference for the decision-making of the project in the later stage.
