摘要
文中主要研究了水工聚丙烯纤维混凝土的抗冲磨性能,比较不同掺量的聚丙烯纤维对混凝土抗拉强度、抗冲磨强度等性能的影响。通过试验发现,随着聚丙烯纤维掺入量增加,抗拉强度比基准混凝土提高2%~8%;水灰比、硅灰、聚丙烯纤维改变后,抗压强度和抗拉强度分别比基准混凝土提高13%~29%和35%~39%;掺入聚丙烯纤维的混凝土极限拉伸率比基准混凝土提高7%~25%;掺入纤维和硅粉能够使混凝土的抗磨蚀性能提高1.33~2.02倍和抗冲击性能提高1.8~6.1倍,3#混凝土比2#混凝土抗磨蚀性能和抗冲击性能分别提高12%和144%,4#混凝土比3#混凝土抗磨蚀性能和抗冲击性能分别提高6%和9%。
This paper mainly studies the anti-abrasion performance of hydraulic polypropylene fiber concrete,and compares the influence of different content of polypropylene fiber on concrete's tensile strength,anti-abrasion strength and other properties.The results show that the tensile strength of the concrete increases by 2%~8%with the increase of polypropylene fiber content.After the change of water-cement ratio,silica fume ratio and polypropylene fiber,the compressive strength and tensile strength are increased by 13%~29%and 35%~39%respectively compared with the reference concrete.The ultimate tensile ratio of concrete mixed with polypropylene fiber is 7%~25%higher than that of the reference concrete.Also,the abrasion resistance and impact resistance of concrete can be improved by 1.33~2.02 times and 1.8~6.1 times by adding fiber and silicon powder.Finally,the abrasion resistance and impact resistance of concrete of 3#can be improved by 12%and 144%respectively,and the abrasion resistance and impact resistance of concrete of No.4 can be improved by 6%and 9%respectively compared with those of 3#.
