连续梁拱组合钢桥梁受力性能试验研究 被引量:1

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON MECHANICAL BEHAVIOR OF CONTINUOUS BEAM ARCH COMPOSITE STEEL BRIDGE

摘要 桥梁结构荷载试验是一种综合分析判断桥梁结构的使用性能和工作状态的有效方法,在满足规范要求的加载效率条件下,通过理论分析与试验结果对比,对实桥的工作状态进行准确判断。文中采用跨中截面的最大正弯矩控制方案,对钢结构连续梁拱组合桥梁中跨进行中载加载,对跨中截面主要测点的挠度和应变进行测试,分析得到挠度校验系数和应变校验系数后,对结构的抗弯刚度和抗弯强度进行研究。结果表明该钢结构连续梁拱组合桥梁的挠度测点校验系数小于1,该桥抗弯刚度满足设计要求;应变测点校验系数小于1,该桥抗弯强度满足设计要求,结构处于良好的工作状态。文中方法可为其余桥梁分析提供参考。 Load test of bridge structure is an effective method to comprehensively analyze and judge the service performance and working state of bridge structure.Under the condition of loading efficiency meeting the requirements of the code,the working state of the real bridge can be accurately judged by comparing the theoretical analysis with the test results.In this paper,the maximum positive moment control scheme of mid span section is used to load the middle span of steel continuous beam arch composite bridge.The deflection and strain of main measuring points in the mid span section are tested.After the deflection and strain calibration coefficients are obtained,the flexural stiffness and flexural strength of the structure are studied.The results show that the calibration coefficient of deflection measuring points of the steel structure continuous beam arch composite bridge is less than 1,the bending stiffness of the bridge meets the design requirements;the calibration coefficient of the strain measuring point is less than 1,the bending strength of the bridge meets the design requirements,and the structure is in good working condition.This method can be used as reference for other bridges.
