摘要
为解决某工厂涂装车间电泳漆膜出现局部发黄、粗糙、条纹等质量缺陷问题而进行了多次过车试验,分析了问题产生的原因,并介绍了一些对应措施。综合考虑后,采取修改阳极排布的方法得到质量合格的漆膜。
A series of field tests was operated in a painting workshop of an automobile factory to solve the problems about partial yellowing,roughening,and stripes happened on electrophoretic coatings.The reasons were analyzed and some countermeasures were introduced.After thorough consideration,qualified coatings were obtained by modifying the arrangement of anodes.
