摘要 分别用铁铬黑(Fe-Cr-O)、铜铬黑和锰铁黑与聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲树脂制得灰色系热反射涂层,并研究了其力学性能和对沥青路面的降温效果。结果表明:在相同光照条件下,铁铬黑体系热反射涂层具有最低温度,且铁铬黑用量为2%时,效果最明显。这主要得益于热反射涂层在可见光(波长400~720 nm)和近红外光(波长720~2500 nm)波段中有高达80%以上的反射比。该涂层与沥青路面间的粘结强度在1.5 MPa以上,其铺装路面与纯沥青路面在白天高温时刻有10℃以上温差,夜间也有3℃左右的温差,表明该涂层有良好的路用性能及缓解城市热岛效应的效用。 Three types of gray thermal reflective coatings were prepared based on polyaspartic polyurea with iron chrome black(Fe-Cr-O),copper chromite black,and manganese ferrite black,respectively.Their mechanical properties and cooling effect on the asphalt pavement were studied.The results showed that under the same light irradiation,the heatreflective coating prepared with iron chrome black had the lowest temperature,and the one containing 2%of iron chrome black exhibited the most obvious reflection effect,mainly due to the fact that it had a reflectance of more than 80%in the wavebands of visible light(400-720 nm)and near infrared light(720-2500 nm).Its bonding strength to asphalt pavement was above 1.5 MPa,and there was a temperature difference of more than 10℃ between the asphalt pavements with and without the coating at the highest temperature during daylight and even about 3℃ at night,showing that it has good road performance and can be used to alleviate the urban heat island effect.
