摘要 针对工程上加速寿命试验中加速系数已知的情况,建立一种机电产品可靠寿命消耗评估的加速系数方法。该方法只需根据产品出厂前可靠性评估中的加速寿命试验数据,无需进行其他额外试验,即可对该机电产品在外场实际使用中的可靠寿命消耗和剩余可靠寿命百分比及其置信限进行计算,从而可以根据单个机电产品的使用情况实行单机寿命监控,并科学合理安排该机电产品的后续任务以及维修和报废,实现对单个机电产品的寿命管理。文中结合阿伦尼斯模型、逆幂律模型和指数模型三种常用的加速模型,详细讨论了单应力和双应力、三应力等多应力情况的可靠寿命消耗评估方法。 For the case where the acceleration factor is known in accelerated life test,an acceleration factor method for reliable life consumption assessment of electromechanical products is proposed in this paper.According to the accelerated life test data of electromechanical products in reliability assessment before delivery and without the requirement of additional life tests,the method can calculate the percentages of reliable life consumption and residual life as well as their confidence limits of the products in actual use.Based on that,the method can realize individual life monitoring and scientific arrangement of follow-up tasks,repair and scrap according to the use of the single electromechanical product to realize its life management.Combined with the frequently used accelerated models of Arrhenius model,inverse model and exponential model,the reliable life consumption assessment methods in single-stress,double-stress,three-stress and other multi-stress conditions are discussed in detail.
