摘要
主梁的强度及振动特性是双梁桥式起重机设计过程中的关键技术要求。本文采用UG软件建立主梁的三维模型,利用ANSA有限元前处理软件进行网格划分,基于ANSYS有限元软件对双梁桥式起重机主梁的强度及振动特性进行了研究。首先通过静力分析对主梁在服役过程中的受力状态进行评估,其次通过模态分析得到了起重机主梁结构的前六阶固有频率及振型,最后通过谐响应分析得到了各工作激励下主梁的振动响应幅值。论文结果对双梁桥式起重机设计和使用提供了理论指导,具有重要的工程意义。
The strength and vibration characteristics of the main beam are the key technical requirements in the design process of double beam bridge crane.In this paper,UG software is used to establish the three-dimensional model of the main beam,and ANSA finite element pre-processing software is used for mesh generation.Based on ANSYS finite element software,the strength and vibration characteristics of the main beam of the double beam bridge crane are studied.Firstly,the stress state of the main girder in service is evaluated by static analysis.Secondly,the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes of the crane girder structure are obtained by modal analysis.Finally,the vibration response amplitudes of the main girder under various working excitations are obtained through harmonic response analysis.The results of this paper provide theoretical guidance for the design and use of double beam bridge crane,and have important engineering significance.
