摘要 针对农业机械中的旋耕机轻量化设计,以达到减重降成本的目的,本文应用优化设计结合有限元分析技术的方法,对旋耕机机架进行尺寸优化设计。在保证旋耕机机架在满足工作要求的强度和刚度要求下,得到旋耕机机架型材的最优尺寸。该方法对于其它类型农业机械机架的轻量化设计具有一定的参考价值。 Aiming at the lightweight design of rotary tiller in agricultural machinery,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing weight and reducing cost,this paper applies the method of optimization design combined with finite element analysis technology to carry out the size optimization design of rotary tiller frame.Under the condition of ensuring the strength and stiffness of the rotary tiller frame to meet the work requirements,the optimal size of the profile of the rotary tiller frame is obtained.This method has certain reference value for the lightweight design of other types of agricultural machinery.
