摘要 针对含能材料生产过程本质安全要求高、现场安全风险因素多、人工安全巡查等现状,提出了一种基于工业物联网的含能材料生产现场安全数字化监控方法,包括物联网的传感器网络构建、安全数据采集、生产现场安全评估模型、安全风险自动预警、安全联动处置等。结果证明:一种基于工业物联网的含能材料生产现场安全数字化监控系统能实现生产现场安全风险的实时、智能感知,有助于快速定位、排除安全风险,能提高含能材料生产过程的本质安全度,可在含能材料生产行业进行推广应用。 Aiming at the energetic materials manufacturing process high intrinsic safety requirements,multiple on-site safety risk factors and manual safety inspection,present a safety digital monitoring method based on the industrial Internet of Things for energetic materials production,including Internet of Things sensor network construction,safety data acquicition,workplace safety assessment model,safety risk automatic warning,safety incident treatment,etc.,the whole method is applied in the safety digitalization control system of a energetic material production factory.The result proves that an on-site safety digital monitoring system based on the Internet of Things can realize real-time and intelligent perception of safety risks at the production site,which helps to quickly locate and eliminate safety risks,and can improve the intrinsic safety of the production process of energetic materials.This method can be promoted and applied in the energetic materials production industry.
