直驱往复式节能型摇杆振动输送机的研制

摘要 由于偏心连杆振动输送机存在能耗高、制造成本高、需要润滑、维护成本高等缺点,本文研制了一种直驱往复式摇杆振动输送机,该振动输送机采用直驱往复振荡电机代替偏心连杆驱动系统,具有节能、清洁、环保、不需润滑等特点,具有广阔的推广应用前景。 Due to the disadvantages of eccentric rod vibration conveyor,such as high energy consumption,high manufacturing cost,high need of lubrication and maintenance cost,this paper develops a direct drive reciprocating rod vibration conveyor.The vibration conveyor adopts direct drive reciprocating motor instead of eccentric rod drive system,which has the characteristics of energy saving,cleaning,environmental protection and no need of lubrication,and has a broad application prospect.
