Analysis and Solution for Failure of Fifth Wheel and Its Connecting Plate

接到某集团用户反馈,某型号的重型牵引车,出现鞍座及其连接板批量损坏。本文作者及团队通过回访用户,认真梳理访查记录,从中提取重要信息,并预判若干种造成这些问题的原因,经过实地考察、测量、分析,准确找到问题根源,提出解决方案,并在一些车上试验验证,问题无再发后,推广至所有问题车辆。

According to a group user's feedback,there were some questions arise on a type of tractor,the fifth wheel and its connecting plate were damaged in batches.In this paper,the author and the team carefully sort out the visit records,extract important information,and predict several causes of these problems.Through field investigation,measurement and analysis,the root cause of the problem was found accurately,and proposed solutions.After testing on several vehicle,the problem is extended to all vehicle with problems.
