摘要
针对特种车辆大型结构件装配焊接质量差和效率低的瓶颈问题,深入开展数字化精确检测、机器人自动扫描测量等智能测量技术研究,形成完善的解决方案和技术途径,通过采用基于C-Track光学跟踪器对激光三维扫描仪进行跟踪定位,在采集过程中进行点云实时拼接,获取大型结构件实体模型。实验证明,扫描过程中点云无需人工干预,可实现大型结构件零件及整体外形尺寸检测,积累大量的制造过程数据,为大型结构件生产质量和效率的提升奠定坚实的基础。后续在类似产品扫描测量中进行推广应用。
In view of the bottleneck problem of poor assembly welding quality and low efficiency of large structural parts of special vehicles,carry out intelligent measurement technologies such as digital accurate detection robot automatic scanning measurement in a deep-going way,forming a complete solution and the technical approach,by using the C-Track based optical tracker to track and position the laser three-dimensional scanning instrument,in the acquisition process,point clouds are spliced in real time to obtain the solid model of large structural parts.The experiment proved the point clouds in the process does not require manual intervention,which can realize the detection of large structural parts and overall dimensions,accumulating a large number of the manufacturing process data lays a solid foundation for the improvement of the production quality and efficiency of large structural parts.Popularize and apply similar products in scanning measurement.
