冠状动脉CT血管成像评价血清尿酸水平对冠状动脉病变的影响

摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉CT血管成像(CTA)在评价血清尿酸(SUA)水平对冠状动脉病变的影响及其相互关系中的价值。方法68例符合标准的行CTA检查的患者,按照SUA水平分为SUA正常、轻度、中度及重度四组,对其冠状动脉CTA进行分析。结果SUA水平不同,各组之间冠状动脉受累的程度亦不同;冠状动脉受累的数目及Gensini积分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CTA可以反映SUA对冠状动脉的影响,准确评价SUA水平与冠状动脉的相关性。
