摘要
为了满足购房者对住宅品质的要求,异形柱框架-剪力墙结构应运而生。但异形柱框架-剪力墙结构与矩形柱框架-剪力墙结构在抗震性能上存在差异。本文以实际工程为例,对小高层建筑在中低烈度地区采用异形柱框架-剪力墙结构和矩形柱框架-剪力墙结构两种结构体系时,在多遇地震和罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能进行了比较,分析结果表明:两种结构体系在多遇地震作用下抗震能力基本相当,但在罕遇地震作用时,应考虑敏感角度方向的水平地震作用对结构的不利影响。
In order to meet people’s pursuit of residential space,frame-shear wall structure with special-shaped columns came out.How-ever,the seismic performance of frame-shear wall structure with special-shaped columns is different from that of frame shear wall struc-ture with rectangular column.This paper takes a practical project as an example,compares the seismic performance of frame-shear wallstructure with special-shaped columns and frame shear wall structure with rectangular column under the action of frequent earthquake andrare earthquake for small high-rise building in medium and low intensity areas,the analysis results show that the seismic capacity of thetwo structures is almost equal under the frequent earthquake action,while in the rare earthquake action,the adverse effect of horizontalearthquake action in the direction of sensitive angle should be considered.
