废弃石粉对水泥胶砂性能的影响研究

摘要 为探索大理石粉和花岗岩石粉用作水泥混合材的可行性,从三明市某石材厂沉淀池中提取石材废浆,并经处理制备出石粉,研究不同掺量大理石粉和花岗岩石粉对水泥胶砂性能的影响。研究结果表明:大理石粉和花岗岩石粉的掺加会缩短水泥的凝结时间。当大理石粉掺量未超过10%时,有利于改善水泥胶砂流动度。大理石粉对水泥胶砂强度的贡献率超过了花岗岩石粉,大理石粉掺量不超过30%,花岗岩石粉掺量不超过25%时,水泥胶砂强度损失不超过30%。 To research the feasibility of marble powder and granite powder as supplementary cementitious material,powder was extracted andprocessed from drain trap in Sanming city,and the influence of marble powder and granite powder with different proportions on the perform-ance of cement mortar was studied.The result showed that,with the increase of proportion of marble powder and granite powder,the settingtime of cement decreased.When the proportion of powder was no more than 10%,marble powder could improve the fluidity of cementpaste.The contribution of marble powder to strength of cement paste is greater than granite powder.When the proportion of marble powderand granite powder was no more than 30%and 25%respectively,the loss of strength of cement paste was no more than 30%.
