摘要 目的建立中药材川芎指纹图谱测定方法,为含川芎中药制剂制定指纹图谱奠定基础。方法采用Accucore TC-C18色谱柱(1.7μm,100 mm×2.1 mm),乙腈-0.1%甲酸,柱温30℃,流速0.2 mL/min,进样量2μL,进行梯度洗脱。采用中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)进行相似度评价。结果标定了11个共有峰,15批川芎样品相似度均≥0.957。结论建立HPLC指纹图谱鉴别方法,可操作性强,质控性好,专属性高,为有效地评价、控制川芎药材质量以及进一步深入研究提供了有效的数据支持。 Objective To develop the chromatog raphic fingerprints for the characterization of the volatile components of chuanxiong rhizoma.Methods UPLC fingerprint of chuanxiong rhizoma was obtained with Accucore TC column(1.7μm,100 mm×2.1 mm)and nonlinear elution,with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1%methanoic acid,column temperature at 35°C,and injection volume at 2μL.Totally 15 batches of chuanxiong rhizoma were evaluated with similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine.Results The similarity of chuanxiong rhizoma was greater than 0.957,and 11 common peaks were identified.Conclusion The method is simple,stable,and strongly specific,which can provide scientific basis for effective and comprehensive evaluation and quality control of chuanxiong rhizoma.
