摘要 针对C70E型通用敞车下侧门中存在的问题,将其落料和折弯的工序合并,设计模具并进行制造验证。实现了C70E型通用敞车下侧门板工艺优化,优化后下侧门板一次校验合格率由90%提升至99.5%,解决了下侧门板制造过程中出现的折弯角度和定位精度等问题,并降低了生产成本和提高了生产效率。 In this paper, the blanking and bending processes were combined to solve the problems existing in the bottom side door of C70 E general purpose gondola cars. By die designing and manufacturing verification, the process optimization of the bottom side door of C70 E general purpose gondola cars was realized. After optimization, the pass rate of primary inspection is increased from 90% to 99.5%, which solves the problems of bending angle and positioning accuracy in the manufacturing process, reduces the production cost and improves the production efficiency.
