摘要
铝合金材料6082汽车前连接支架为复杂异型材、多孔模芯挤压模具设计,若按普通模具设计是不能达到客户所需要的品质要求。只有经过从模具设计上不断创新改进,并从模具加工工艺上准确要求,挤压工艺上严格管控两方面考虑,不断改进设计方案。经过几次生产检验,实现了该铝型材生产快速挤压成品率大幅度提升,从而满足企业快速生产和客户质量需求。
The automobile front connecting bracket with the material of 6082 aluminum alloy is a kind of complex special-shaped part,and manufactured by the extrusion die of porous die core.If it is manufactured by the ordinary die,it cannot meet the quality requirements required by customers.Only through improving the design scheme from the accuracy of die processing technology and strict control of the extrusion process,the manufacturing requirements can be met.After several production tests,the rapid extrusion rate of the production is greatly improved,so as to meet the rapid production and customer quality requirements.
