摘要
为解决较大尺寸双联外齿轮在传统生产时采用切削加工所带来的低材料利用率、低效率和低强度问题,针对该零件特殊结构创新性地提出了冷挤压成形工艺的解决方案。通过提出三种可行性较强的冷挤压工艺方案并各自加以有限元模拟和数据的对比分析,最终得出方案一挤压效果更佳,并在此基础上进行工艺的优化。优化设计不仅降低了约15%的成形载荷,还节省了大约5%~7%的材料成本,优化是成功的。
In order to solve the problems of low material utilization,low efficiency and low strength caused by the traditional cutting machining of the large-sized duplicate external gear,this paper innovatively proposed a solution of cold extrusion forming technology for the special structure of the part.By putting forward three feasible cold extrusion process schemes and comparing them with finite element simulation,it was concluded that the scheme one has better extrusion effect,and the process was optimized on this basis.The optimized design not only reduces the forming load by about 15%,but also saves the material cost by about 5%~7%.The optimization is successful.
