摘要
环境保护日益受到国家的重视,建筑业施工中的扬尘、废水、资源浪费等问题日益受到社会的关注。如何改变现状,突破环境污染的瓶颈,是我们当前应该考虑的问题。装配式建筑有其先天的优势——施工现场扬尘污染少、施工速度快、资源浪费少等优点,同时有设计一体化、构件成品化、安装现代化的特点,使它在建筑施工作业中与传统工艺相比有了较大的差别,施工技术要求更高,BIM可以在装配式建筑设计、生产和施工方面起到很好的促进作用,使装配式建筑更快更好地发展。本文分析了BIM技术在装配式施工中的具体应用,为今后装配式施工提供参考。
The protection of the environment is increasingly paid attention to by the country,the construction problems of dust,waste water,waste of resources and other issues are increasingly concerned by the society.How to change the status quo and break through the bottleneck of environmental pollution is the problem we should consider at present.Prefabricated construction has its inherent advantages,less construction site dust pollution,fast construction speed,reduced resource waste,and so on.Besides,the design integration,finished product components and the modern installation make it different from the traditional process in building construction.Its construction technology is more demanding.BIM can play a good role in promoting the design,production and construction of the prefabricated buildings and promote its better and faster development.This paper analyzes the concrete application of BIM technology in assembly construction and provides a reference for future assembly construction.
