娄底市珠山公园使用后评价(POE)研究

Research on Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE) of Zhushan Park in Loudi

笔者应用POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation)这一针对已建成并正在使用中的设施的评价方法,对湖南省娄底市城区东南部最大的城市公园——珠山公园进行了调查研究。经过笔者自身的体验和对园内设施及游客的观察,全面了解了娄底市珠山公园的使用情况,并通过派发问卷及抽样采访等方式,对获得信息进行统计分析并制成统计图,希望能对珠山公园未来的设施改善、管理、革新和加建完善提供依据,也能为其他同类型公园的设计活动完善提供思路。

This paper is mainly based on POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation),an evaluation method for facilities that have been built and are in use,to investigate Zhushan Park,the largest urban park in southeastern urban district,Loudi,Hunan.Through the author’s own experience and the observations on the facilities and tourists in the park,this paper comprehensively learns about the using conditions of Zhushan Park in Loudi,by djstributing questionnaires and conducting sample interviews,makes a statistics and analysis on the obtained information and then makes a statistical chart,with a statistjcal view to provide a basis for improving the facilities,innovating the management and improving the environment of Zhushan Park,and providing ideas for the design and improvement of other parks of the same type.
