水网地区历史文化遗产保护与更新问题探析——以平江历史文化街区为例

Exploration on the Protection and Renewal of Historical and Cultural Heritage in Water Network Area——A Case of Pingjiang Historical and Cultural Block

在城市微更新理念和存量规划的背景下,历史文化遗产的保护与更新成为当下旧城更新的热点问题。水网地区的遗产保护具有江南水乡独有的特色,保护与更新所面临的问题和矛盾也十分严峻。本文以平江历史文化街区保护规划为例,分析街区当下风貌格局和出现的各种社会问题,探析水网地区历史文化遗产保护与更新的可持续性,提出保护与更新的新思路。

Under the background of the concept of urban micro renewal and stock planning,the protection and renewal of historical and cultural heritage has become a hot issue in the renewal of old cities.The heritage protection in the water network area has the unique characteristics of Jiangnan Water Town,and the problems and contradictions faced by the protection and renewal are also very serious.This paper takes the protection planning of Pingjiang historical and cultural block as an example,analyzes the current landscape pattern and various social problems,explores the sustainability of the protection and renewal of historical and cultural heritage in the water network area,and puts forward new ideas for protection and renewal.
