近几年我国经济所取得的成就,极大地推动了施工企业的发展。目前,依然有许多问题在道路桥梁工程施工过程中层出不穷,施工质量受到这些问题的影响一直无法得到有效的提升,为了使这些问题得到改善,我们需要不断创新建施工管理。此外,在施工企业的发展过程当中,道路桥梁工程施工的成本多少会直接影响企业经济效益的收入,因此企业需要对施工成本进行严格的把控。但是,在道路桥梁工程施工过程中会出现许多影响因素,导致企业对施工成本和施工质量难以进行管理和控制。本文主要对影响施工成本的因素,以及如何做好施工质量的控制进行了分析与研究,以此来实现企业效益的最大化与企业的可持续发展。

In recent years,the economic achievements of our country have greatly promoted the development of construction enterprises.At present,there are still many problems in the road and bridge engineering construction process,and the construction quality has been affected by these problems and cannot be effectively improved.In order to solve these problems,we need to constantly innovate construction management.In addition,in the development process of construction enterprises,the cost of road and bridge engineering construction will directly affect the income of economic benefits of enterprises,so enterprises need to strictly control the construction costs.However,in the construction process of road and bridge engineering,there will be many influencing factors,which make the enterprise be unable to manage and control the construction cost and construction quality.In this paper,the factors affecting the construction cost and how to do a good job in the construction quality control are analyzed and studied,so as to achieve the maximum benefits and sustainable development of the enterprise.
