基于国内BIM运维管理研究综述

Research Overview on BIM Operation and Maintenance Management in China

建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业,为经济发展贡献了巨大产值。然而在建筑的全生命周期中,其大部分成本发生在运维管理阶段。因此,如何降低运维成本是当前建筑领域研究的一个热点问题,而通过BIM技术可以很好地解决这个难题,它可改善传统运维管理效率低、信息封闭的现状。本文对国内目前的BIM运维管理应用状况进行了综述,介绍了相关的应用平台及功能,最后对BIM运维管理进行了总结,并针对BIM运维的发展提出了一些建议。

Construction industry is the pillar industry of China’s national economy,and makes great contributions to the economic development.However,in the whole life cycle of a building,most of its costs occur in the stage of operation and maintenance management.Therefore,how to reduce the operation and maintenance costs is a hot issue in the field of architecture.By using BIM technology,this problem can be well solved.It solves the problems of low efficiency and closed information of traditional operation and maintenance management.This paper summarizes the current application status of BIM operation and maintenance management in China,and introduces relevant application platforms and functions.Finally,it summarizes the BIM operation and maintenance management,and gives some suggestions for the development of BIM operation and maintenance.
