动力心理学视角下激发贫困群众内生动力研究

Research on Stimulating the Endogenous Motivation of Poor People from the Perspective of Dynamic Psychology

贫困人口内生动力是指能够激发贫困人口摆脱贫困的原动力与驱动力,是一个有着复杂因果关系的内部统一性系统。动力心理学理论认为人的行为是由强大的内部力量驱使或激发的,人的需要、兴趣、习惯、大众群体的行动趋势等都可以成为激发人的行为动力的驱力。在动力心理学的视域下,扶贫主体可以通过延续外力帮扶,改进扶贫方式,发挥村规民约作用,树立良好家风,加强职业技能培训等途径来激发贫困群众内生动力,教育和引导贫困群众树立勤劳致富观,促使内外动力耦合发力,从而为探索相对贫困长效机制的形成和全面打赢脱贫攻坚战奠定基础。

The endogenous power of the poor population refers to the original power and driving force stimulating the poor population to get rid of poverty,which is an internal unity system with complex causality.The theory of dynamic psychology argues that human behavior is driven or inspired by powerful internal forces,such as people s needs,interests,habits,as well as the trend of mass action.From the perspective of dynamic psychology,the main body of poverty alleviation could stimulate the endogenous power of poor people by continuing external support,developing the way of poverty alleviation,enabling village rules and regulations to work,setting up good family traditions,and strengthening vocational training.Besides,we can educate and guide them to establish the concept of getting rich through honest labor and to promote both the internal and external forces,in order to lay a solid foundation for exploring the formation of long-term mechanism for relative poverty and comprehensively winning the battle against poverty.
