With the subdivision of the industry,some office tasks are heavy,the burden of staff is heavier,and the work efficiency cannot be improved.Human brain computing power,energy,time and other factors make the staff unable to work like robots,which will affect the progress of the whole task.It has become one of the goals of all office wor kers to simplify work procedures,improve work efficiency,spend less time to get the maximum work income.The emergence of computer application technology makes the acquisition and processing of information faster and faster,which can free the staff from some trivial tasks.Based on this,this paper discusses the application and Prospect of computer office automation.
