基于PHFS和ER的航空兵旅维修保障效能评估方法

摘要 针对新机型装备部队后其维修保障效能难以评估的问题,提出了一种基于概率犹豫模糊集(Probabilistic Hesitant Fuzzy Set,PHFS)和证据推理(Evidential Reasoning,ER)的航空兵旅维修保障效能评估方法。通过分析新的维修保障模式,构建了新机型维修保障效能评估指标体系。基于PHFS和ER建立了航空兵旅维修保障效能评估模型,采用概率犹豫模糊集对混合型评估信息进行统一描述;基于概率犹豫模糊熵和专家赋权对评估指标进行组合赋权;采用证据推理对评估信息进行集结,并结合效用理论得到效能评估值和排序结果。算例分析结果表明了所提方法的合理性与有效性。 Aiming at the problem that new type aircraft maintenance support effectiveness cannot be evaluated after it is equipped with troops,an evaluation method of aviation brigade maintenance support based on probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set and evidential reasoning is proposed.Analyzing the new maintenance support mode,the index system of equipment maintenance support effectiveness evaluation of a mewtype aircraft is built.Based on PHFS and ER,the evaluation model of aviation brigade maintenance support effectiveness is constructed.The evaluation information is described uniformly by probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set.Based on probabilistic fuzzy entropy and expert weighting,the evaluation indexes are weighted.The evaluation information is aggregated by evidential reasoning,and the effectiveness evaluation values and sequencing results are obtained by combining the utility theory.The example analysis results show the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method.
