桑葚中矿质元素的质谱分析方法的建立

摘要 利用微波消解技术处理桑葚样品,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱同时测定桑葚中钠(Na)、钾(K)、镁(Mg)、钙(Ca)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、钼(Mo)、硒(Se)等12种矿质元素的分析方法,方法检出限为0.035~0.850μg·L-1。通过苹果标准物质(GBW10019)的验证,该方法精准、快捷、灵敏度高,可用于桑葚中12种矿质元素的同时测定;利用建立的方法对桑葚样品进行测定,结果相对标准偏差为0.33%~1.12%,进一步表明该方法精准、快捷、稳定。 A method was established for the simultaneous determination of mineral elements in mulberry,such as Na,K,Mg,Ca,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Co,Ni,Mo,and Se.Samples were digested with microwave digestion system and measured with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The detection limits of twelve elements ranged from 0.035μg·L-1 to 0.850μg·L-1.According to the recoveries of standard addition of each element and the certified values of the national apple standard(GBW10019),this method is accurate,rapid and sensitive,which can be used for simultaneous determination of twelve elements in mulberry.The established method was applied to the determination of mulberry samples,the relative standard deviation(RSD)ranged from 0.33%to 1.12%,which showed that the method is accurate,rapid and stable.
