快速消除硝酸和亚硝酸对氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定硒干扰的研究 被引量:8

Rapid Removal of Interference from Nitric and Nitrous Acid on the Determination of Selenium with Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 为了能避免繁琐、耗时的赶酸工作。研究了甲醛反应除去消解液中过量的HNO3和HNO2的干扰,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定食品中痕量的硒(Se)。对大米粉标准样品(GBW(E)0806840a)和糙米标准样品(NMIJ7531a)中硒进行分析,其值都在标值范围内,加标回收率为98.3%~101%,满足准确度要求。方法具有简便、快捷、灵敏、准确高效,适合于大批量样品的检测。 To avoid time-consuming procedure for evaporating excessive nitric acid added form digestion the nitrite ion generated during digestion,a rapid pretreatment method was developed.The interference of excess HNO3 and HNO2 in the digestion solution was removed by formaldehyde reaction,and trace selenium(SE)in food was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Selenium in rice flour standard sample(GBW(E)0806840 a)and brown rice standard sample(NMIJ7531 a)were analyzed.The results showed that the selenium values were in the range of standard value.The recovery rate was 98.3%—101%,which met the accuracy requirements.The method is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and efficient,which is suitable for the determination of large quantities of samples.
