超声评价局部治疗肩峰下滑囊炎和肱二头肌长头腱鞘炎疗效 被引量:7

Ultrosonographic evaluation on therapeutic effect of regional treatment of subacromial bursitis and tenosynovitis of the long head of biceps brachii

摘要 目的评价超声评价局部注射治疗肩峰下滑囊炎(SAB)和肱二头肌长头腱鞘炎(TLHBB)疗效的价值。方法对42例SAB和/或TLHBB患者(100个病灶)行超声引导下穿刺药物注射;4周后复查超声,对比治疗前后滑囊厚度和积液、肱二头肌长头腱鞘厚度和腱鞘积液的变化。结果治疗后病灶滑囊厚度和积液、肱二头肌长头腱鞘厚度和腱鞘积液均较治疗前改善(P均<0.05)。结论超声可用于评价局部注射药物治疗SAB和TLHBB疗效。 Objective To observe the value of ultrasound in evaluation on the therapeutic effect of local drug injection of subacromial bursitis(SAB)and tenosynovitis of the long head of biceps brachii(TLHBB).Methods Totally 42 patients(100 lesions)with SAB and/or TLHBB were treated with ultrasound-guided puncture and drug injection.Four weeks later,ultrasound examination was performed.again The thickness and effusion of bursa,thickness and effusion of tendinous sheath of the long head of biceps brachii were compared between before and after treatment.Results The thickness and effusion of bursa,thickness and effusion of tendinous sheath of the long head of biceps brachii were improved after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound could not only guide the procedure of local medicine injection treatment for SAB and TLHBB,but also evaluate the therapeutic effect.
