摘要
乡土文化资源具有重要的教育价值。发挥客家文化精神和智慧价值有利于培养人才的文化自信和爱国爱乡情怀,有利于提高学生的创新能力,与人才培养目标高度一致。乡土文化资源融入课程是学校办学特色着力点,客家文化校本特色课程的目标定位在于明确课程的建设方向和人才培养取向,全方位渗透学科建设,形成地方特色的人才培养品牌。根据分析客家区域闽西、粤东、赣南高校学生对客家文化校本特色课程的认同度和学习需求状况,提出了有效促进客家文化校本课程建设的“五个一”系统性对策。
The local cultural resources possess important educational values.Bringing the spirit and wisdom of Hakka culture into full play is conducive to the cultivation of cultural self-confidence,patriotism,and love for the countryside of talents,as well as the improvement of students'innovative ability,which is highly consistent with the goal of talent cultivation.The integration of local cultural resources into the curriculum is the focus of school-running characteristics.The goal of school-based curriculum of Hakka culture is to make clear the direction of curriculum construction and talent training orientation,to penetrate the discipline construction in an all-round way,and to form a talent cultivation brand with local characteristics.This paper tries to analyze the recognition degree and learning demand forthe school-based curriculum of Hakka cultureby the college students in West Fujian,East Guangdong and South Jiangxi,and puts forward five systematic countermeasures to effectively promote the construction of the school-based curriculum of Hakka culture.
