摘要
随着煤矿资源逐渐向深部巷道发展,普通的锚杆支护已不能满足大变形软岩巷道的支护要求。因此,作者提出了高预应力可协调变形锚固体系,它包括了平直自旋锚杆、大开孔蝶形托盘和单面球形螺母。分别对该体系的设计思路、力学特性和工程特点进行了论述,应用FLAC^(3D)软件对该锚固体系进行了数值模拟分析。在试验巷道进行了工程实践,监测数据表明巷道顶板下沉量的最大值为97mm,两帮移近量最大值为161mm,证明了锚固体系的可靠性,为今后此类型巷道支护设计提供了参考。
Along with the coal mine resources gradually to the depth development,the common bolt support can not meet the support requirement of the large deformation soft rock roadway.Therefore,the authors propose a high-stress and deformable anchorage system,which consists of a flat spin anchor,a large-opening pallets and a spherical nut.This paper discusses the design idea,mechanical property,and engineering characteristics of the system.The numerical simulation of the anchorage system is carried out by FLAC3D software.Engineering practice was carried out in the test tunnel.The monitoring data show that the maximum value of the roadway roof subsidence is 97 mm,and the maximum value of the two sides is 161 mm.The reliability of the anchorage system is proved.It provides a reference for the support design of this type of roadway in the future.
