离子交换树脂吸附法去除某铀矿山废水中的铀 被引量:6

摘要 从矿山放射性废水中有效去除U(Ⅵ)对于环境修复和辐射防护至关重要。采用离子交换树脂吸附法对某铀矿山废水中的铀进行处理,对离子交换树脂种类、树脂吸附、淋洗和合格液沉淀等条件进行了试验。结果表明,408(Ⅱ)强碱性离子交换树脂对铀的饱和吸附容量达到18g/L,用1mol/L NaCl和5g/L NaHCO3作淋洗剂进行淋洗,淋洗合格液中的铀浓度峰值超过20g/L,贫树脂残余铀容量小于0.5g/L,淋洗效果好。利用408(Ⅱ)强碱性离子交换树脂处理该铀矿山废水中的铀,工艺可行,处理后废水中的铀浓度低于0.3mg/L,可以回收利用,沉淀回收得到的"111"重铀酸盐产品达到国家标准。 Effective removal of U(Ⅵ)from mine radioactive wastewater is essential for environmental remediation and radiation protection.The ion exchange resin adsorption method was used to remove uranium in the wastewater,and the effects of ion exchange resin model,resin adsorption,leaching and qualified liquid precipitation on the removal of uranium were investigated.The results show that the saturated adsorption capacity of ion exchange resin 408(Ⅱ)for uranium was 18 g/L.The peak concentration of uranium exceeded 20 g/L when 1 mol/L of NaCl and 5 g/L of NaHCO3 were used as eluents,and the residual uranium capacity of the lean resin was less than 0.5 g/L.The elution effect is good.It is shown that the process is feasible to treat the uranium in wastewater from the uranium mine with 408(Ⅱ)ion exchange resin.The concentration of uranium in the wastewater after treatment was less than 0.3 mg/L.The uranium in the wastewater can be recovered by precipitation.The"111"diuranate product obtained through precipitation meets national standards.
