摘要 赤泥是铝土矿提取氧化铝工业生产流程中排放出的固体废弃物。随着铝产业的快速发展,大量赤泥排放堆积,占用大量土地资源,对自然生态环境造成了严重污染。铝工业因生产工艺的差异会产出不同类型的赤泥,但产出的赤泥中均含有钛、钪、铁、铝等多种有价金属,是一种重要的可利用二次资源。重点综述了湿法、火法—湿法联合及选冶联合回收钛技术的原理及特点,展望了我国从赤泥中高效综合利用回收钛技术的前景。 Red mud is a solid waste discharged from the production process of alumina extraction from bauxite.With the rapid development of aluminum industry,a large amount of red mud is discharged and piled up,occupying a lot of land resources,causing serious pollution to the natural ecological environment.Different types of red mud will be produced in aluminum industry due to different production processes.However,the red mud produced contains many valuable metals such as titanium,scandium,iron and aluminum,which is an important secondary resource.The principles and characteristics of titanium recovery technologies,including hydrometallurgy,pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgy combination,and combined technique of benefication-metallurgy the prospect of titanium recovery from red mud in China are reviewed.
