茉莉花双纹须歧角螟性诱监测材料筛选及田间应用效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】有效筛选确定适合茉莉花双纹须歧角螟性诱监测防控的性信息素诱芯与诱捕装置,科学评价开展害虫性迷向和性诱杀防控的效果,为指导害虫监测防控提供依据。【方法】2012—2015年,在四川省犍为县,开展性诱监测材料筛选及其对害虫夏秋季发生期迷向和诱杀防控效果的田间对比试验。【结果】粘胶型诱捕器诱捕成虫效果好,以N型、Z型和M型性信息素诱芯捕获雄蛾最多。在夏季茉莉花的第一次为害高峰(7月下旬至8月下旬)时,性迷向和性诱杀处理对防花被害的平均效果分别为63.08%和77.45%,防有虫花的控制效果分别为66.65%和80.98%,2处理与农户自防处理无显著性差异(P<0.05)。采用性迷向和性诱杀处理技术后,茉莉花的质量增加了4.01%~4.14%,第二次为害高峰(9月初)时,防效最高的性诱杀处理对防花被害和防有虫花的防效分别为38.88%和42.60%,对秋季蛀花、蛀枝的防效分别为39.99%和40.84%,防效有所下降。【结论】生产上可推广采用粘胶型诱捕器及N型、Z型和M型性信息素诱芯,用于害虫的监测及夏季第一为害虫峰的性迷向和性诱杀防控。 [Purposes]This paper aimed to select the traps and sex pheromone formulas suitable for the monitoring and control of Trichophysetis cretacea Butler,and to evaluate the field control effects by the mating disruption and mass trapping.[Methods]The field experiments were conducted in 2012—2015 at Qianwei County,Sichuan Province,to test and compare the trapped male numbers between the sex pheromone application and common chemical control.[Findings]The control effects against Trichophysetis cretacea Butler on jasmine with different types of traps and sex pheromones showed that the viscosetype traps caught the largest number of male moths,and Ntype,Ztype and Mtype were the most attractive and effective to the moths among 12 sex pheromone formulas.The first damage peak on jasmine in summer came from late July to late August,and the second occurred in early September.In the first damage peak,the flower control effects of the mating disruption and mass trapping averaged 63.08%and 77.45%,respectively,and the injurious flower control effects were 66.65%and 80.98%.Although there was no significant difference(P<0.05)between the two treatments and the farmers’chemical control,the weight of jasmine flowers increased by 4.01%4.14%by using the technology of the mating disruption and mass trapping.In the second damage peak,the control effects decreased to 39.99%on autumn flowers and 40.84%on stems,respectively.[Conclusions]The viscosetype traps with Ntype,Ztype and Mtype formulas could be used to control Trichophysetis cretacea Butler in the first peak of the population dynamics in summer in the field jasmine production.
