几种生物药剂对烟草青枯病的药效评价 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】为探索生物药剂在生产中对烟草青枯病的控制效果。【方法】选用中生菌素、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、荧光假单胞杆菌等4种微生物药剂进行随机区组试验。【结果】施用生物药剂对烟草干物质积累有一定的促进作用,其中表现最好的是中生菌素,且可明显提升根系微生物的数量;发病前中期,施用生物药剂对烟草青枯病均有一定的防控效果,其中以解淀粉芽孢杆菌防效最佳,为68.29%,其次为中生菌素、地衣芽孢杆菌。【结论】中生菌素、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌对延缓烟草青枯病为害具有较好的效果,发病前中期防效均在50%以上,且均能有效提高根际微生物数量,对烟株干物质积累具有一定的促进作用。 [Purposes]In order to explore the control effects of biological agents on tobacco bacterial wilt.[Methods]Four microbial agents,including Zhongshengmycin,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,Bacillus licheniformis and Pseudomonas fluorescens were selected for random block tests.[Findings]The results showed that the application of biological agents had a certain promotion effect on the accumulation of tobacco dry matter.Among them,Zhongshengmycin was the best performer,which could significantly increase the number of rhizosphere microorganisms.In terms of control effects on tobacco bacterial wilt,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens had the best effect,which was 68.29%,followed by Zhongshengmycin and Bacillus licheniformis.[Conclusions]So,these three agents had relatively good control effects,with the middle control effects 50%before the occurrence.
