摘要 【目的】分析湿地松松脂产量及松脂组分含量的季节性变化规律,探讨松脂产量和松脂主要组分与气候因子的相关关系。【方法】以赣北(景德镇)、赣中(吉安)和赣南(赣州)3个地点26年生湿地松人工林为研究对象,对松脂产量和松脂成分进行测定。【结果】湿地松松脂产量存在季节性差异,夏季产脂量最高,春秋次之,冬季产脂量最低;不同地区松脂产量的季节性变化趋势与温度和光照两个气候因子的变化趋势基本一致,且产脂量与温度和光照因子的相关系数要高于降雨量;大多数松脂组分与主要气候因子的相关性不显著,且其含量在不同季节间差异不显著。【结论】夏季为产脂高峰期,可进行采脂,冬季产脂量较低,不适合采脂;影响湿地松松脂产量变化的主要气候因子为温度和光照因子;松脂组分具有一定的遗传稳定性,受外界环境因素的影响很小。 [Purposes]To analyze the seasonal variation laws of the rosin yield and rosin component contents,and explore the correlation between the rosin yield and major components of the rosin and climate factors.[Methods]26yearold pinus ponderosa plantations in northern Jiangxi(Jingdezhen),central Jiangxi(Ji'an)and southern Jiangxi(Ganzhou)were used as the research objects to determine the rosin yield and rosin composition.[Findings]There were seasonal differences in the yield of pine resin from wet soil,with the highest yield in summer,followed by spring and autumn,and the lowest in winter;the seasonal variation trend of rosin yield in different regions was basically consistent with the variation trend of temperature and light,and the correlation coefficient between the lipid yield and temperature and light factors was higher than that of rainfalls;the correlation between most rosin components and major climatic factors was not significant,and the contents of rosin were not significantly different in different seasons.[Conclusions]Summer was the peak of lipid production,which could be used for lipid collection,while winter was with the low lipid production,which was not suitable for lipid collection;temperature and light factors were the main climatic factors influencing the changes of pine resin yield;the components of rosin had certain genetic stabilities and were little affected by environmental factors.
