摘要
卫星通信由于使用场景多涉及国计民生,且存在链路长、延迟大、系统复杂等特点,其数据信息安全重要性与保障难度均超过了地面通信网。目前,全球在卫星通信加密领域并没有统一的标准与要求。因此,以团队的实际项目经验为基础,研究商业卫星通信业务数据加密在实际应用中的模式与技术,以期为未来国内商业卫星通信加密系统、出口型商业卫星通信加密系统设计提供借鉴。
Satellite communication has the characteristics of long link,large delay and complex system,its various application scenarios involve the national economy and people's livelihood.Its data information security is more important and difficult than the ground communication network.At present,there is no unified standard and requirement in the field of satellite communication encryption in the world.Based on the practical project experience of the author's leading team,this paper explores the mode and technology of commercial satellite communication data encryption in practical application,which can be used for reference in design of domestic commercial satellite communication encryption system and export-oriented commercial satellite communication encryption system in the future.
