老年患者血清Hcy、Lp-plA2、CysC水平与脑梗死直径的相关性

Correlation of Serum Hcy,Lp-plA2 and CysC Levels with Cerebral Infarction Diameter in the Elderly with Cerebral Infarction

目的回顾性观察老年脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶(Lp-pl)A2和胱抑素(Cys)C的水平,并探讨与脑梗死直径的相关性。方法纳入研究时间段内全部符合纳入标准和排除标准的老年脑梗死患者76例,根据脑梗死面积分为腔隙性脑梗死组(n=38)、脑梗死组(n=38)。分别检测两组患者血清Hcy、Lp-plA2、CysC水平,并分别分析其与脑梗死直径的相关性。结果脑梗死组Hcy、Lp-plA2、CysC水平均明显高于腔隙脑梗死组(P <0.05),Hcy、Lp-plA2、CysC水平均与脑梗死直径呈正相关(P <0.05)。结论老年患者血清Hcy、Lp-plA2、CysC水平与脑梗死直径呈正相关。

Objective To observe the levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy),lipoprotein-associated phospholipase(Lp-pl) A2,and cystatin(Cys) C in the elderly with cerebral infarction and to explore the correlation between the levels and the diameter of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 76 elderly with cerebral infarction were selected and divided,according to the area of cerebral infarction,into 2 groups:lacunar infarction group and cerebral infarction group,38 in each;serum levels of Hcy,Lp-plA2,and CysC of the elderly in both groups were measured and the correlation of the levels with cerebral infarction diameter was analyzed.Results The levels of Hcy,Lp-plA2,and CysC in cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in lacunar infarction group(P<0.05);the levels of Hcy,Lp-plA2,and CysC were positively correlated with the diameter of the cerebral infarction(P <0.05).Conclusions The serum levels of Hcy,Lp-plA2 and CysC are positively correlated with cerebral infarction diameter in the elderly with cerebral infarction.
