柔性玻璃加工技术综述

摘要 由于柔性玻璃厚度小于100μm,因此对于厚度为0.1~25 mm平板玻璃的加工方法已经不适用于柔性玻璃的加工,包括切割、运输、储存等方面。针对柔性玻璃在加工方面存在问题,提出了许多改进的加工技术,如激光切割、化学强化、传送收卷、表面覆膜。本文通过大量查阅国内外的文献和专利资料,对柔性玻璃加工技术进展进行系统总结,以期为我国柔性玻璃开发及柔性玻璃下游用户的应用提供参考。 The processing method of flexible glass with thickness of less than 100μm is not suitable for the ordinary flexible glass with the thickness between 0.1 mm and 25 mm,especially in cutting,transportation,storage and so on.Aiming at the problems existing in the processing of flexible glass with thickness less than 100μm,many improved processing techniques are proposed,such as laser cutting,chemical strengthening,conveying and winding,surface coating,etc.In this paper,based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures and patent information,the development of flexible glass processing technology is systematically summarized,so as to provide reference for the development of flexible glass and the application of flexible glass to downstream users in China.
