教育创新发展背景下高校继续教育的战略转型

The Strategic Transformation of Continuing Education in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Educational Innovation and Development

继续教育承担了为社会培养高素质应用型人才的责任,是推进终身学习,构建创新型国家的关键。但受到多种因素的影响,现有的继续教育模式实际效果有限,在战略转型的过程中存在教育机制不完善、规划片面、管理体系漏洞等问题,不利于继续教育战略转型的推进。本文基于高校继续教育存在的问题出发,通过分析影响高校继续教育战略转型的因素,提出几点继续教育战略转型的可行策略,为高校继续教育战略转型提供理论基础。

Continuing education bears the responsibility of cultivating high-quality applied talents for the society, which is the key to promoting lifelong learning and building an innovative country. Therefore, based on the problems existing in continuing education in colleges and universities, this paper proposes several feasible strategies for continuing education strategic transformation by analyzing the factors that affect the continuing education strategic transformation in colleges and universities, and provides a theoretical basis for the continuing education strategic transformation in colleges and universities.
