高职院校行政管理队伍专业化建设创新策略研究

当前高职院校正持续深化改革,不断实现学校的内涵发展、高质量发展,这对高职院校的行政管理队伍无疑提出了更高的要求,然而很多高职院校存在着行政管理人员专业化水平不高等问题,严重制约了高职院校更高层次的发展,由此,创新高职院校行政管理队伍专业化建设策略尤为重要,通过建立健全行政管理队伍的专业化管理制度、改进行政管理模式等创新策略,不断提升行政管理的专业化建设水平。
