摘要
教师、教材和教法不仅是三教改革的重要构成部分,同时也是影响高等院校人才培养质量的关键性因素。三教改革具有互动性、能动性与灵动性的本质特征,本文立足于此,深入探析三教改革背景下提高人才培育质量的有效策略。
Teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods are not only an important part of the reform of the three teachings, but also a key factor affecting the quality of talent training in higher colleges. The reform of the Three Education has the essential characteristics of interactivity, initiative and flexibility. Based on this, this paper deeply analyzes the effective strategies to improve the quality of talent cultivation in the context of the reform of the Three Education.
