On the Application of Tao Xingzhi’s Life Education Concept in Five-year Higher Vocational Education ——Take the Cooking Techniques and Nutrition Major in Yangzhou Tourism Business School as an Example

陶行知教育理念揭示了现代教育的规律以及在日常教学中的应用,其培养创新人才教育理念不仅在当时有着重要的影响,就是在今天也有着极其重要的作用。本文主要浅述陶行知对教育在生活中的体现所总结出来的一系列生活教育理念,以江苏省扬州旅游商贸学校烹调工艺与营养专业教学为例,阐释了在五年制高职烹饪教学实践中的应用及对教师的启示。

Tao Xingzhi’s educational concept reveals the laws of modern education and its application in daily teaching. The educational concept of cultivating innovative talents not only had an important impact at the time, but also played an extremely important role today. This article mainly discusses a series of life education concepts summarized by Tao Xingzhi’s reflection of education in life. Taking the teaching of cooking technology and nutrition major in Yangzhou Tourism Business School in Jiangsu Province as an example, it explains the five-year higher vocational cooking teaching practice application and inspiration for teachers.
