高职旅游“双师型”教师服务乡村旅游新业态培育的优化路径——以江苏农牧科技职业学院和浙江旅游职业学院为例

The Optimized Path of Higher Vocational Tourism “Double Teacher” Teachers Serving the New Format of Rural Tourism ——Take Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College and Tourism College of Zhejiang as Examples

旅游专业师资是乡村旅游新业态培育的重要力量之一。本文以江苏农牧科技职业学院和浙江旅游职业学院为例,具体分析两校旅游"双师型"教师服务乡村旅游新业态培育的时间、对象和内容,通过对比分析,提出高职旅游"双师型"教师服务乡村旅游新业态培育的优化路径。

Teachers of tourism major are one of the important forces to cultivate new forms of rural tourism. Taking Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College and Tourism College of Zhejiang as examples, this paper concretely analyzes the time, object and content of the cultivation of the new format of rural tourism served by the "double-qualified" tourism teachers of the two colleges. Through the comparative analysis, it proposes the optimized path of the cultivation of the new format of rural tourism served by the "double-qualified" tourism teachers of higher vocational colleges.
